Wow! Certainly amazing! I personally love the song, and must really give Mariah a credit for making and sharing such a wonderful and amazing music.

“Bye Bye” is a very emotional ballad that highlights someone`s love and longing for his/her lost love one/s. And at the same time, it reminds us that life must go on whatever happens…

The music video is great and totally awesome. The concept is quite simple and easy to understand but I wonder why some people don`t get it. If you`ll only pay attention to the entire video and not with Mariah Carey alone, then you`ll surely appreciate the video better. Actually the video shows her journey from the beginning when E=MC2 came out and she`s promoting it, plus some home videos of her partying, on the road, in the eyes of the media, photo shoots, and her at home with her husband. It`s just to show how her life is like everyone else, except for a fact that she`s a "media darling" and thus she`s always being criticized. It`s a concept that`s supposed to make people feel like they can relate to her. In addition, it shows a mixture of the saddest and happiest moments in someone`s life; when someone died and when someone found love. Thus, teaching us how to appreciate life despite of all the pain.

As for me, this is the most personal video she has ever made, and I really appreciate it.

Note: "Bye Bye" is a song written by American singer Mariah Carey, Johnta Austin and Mikkel S. Eriksen, and Tor Erik Hermansen for Carey's eleventh studio album, E=MC². It was produced by Carey and Stargate, and was released as the second single from the album.
